All: The new Billszone site with the updated software is scheduled to be turned on Tuesday, May 21, 2024. The company that built it, Dynascale, estimates a FOUR HOUR shut down, from 8pm Pacific, (5pm Eastern) while they get it up and running. Nobody will be able to post in any forum until they are done. Afterwards, you may need to do a web search for the site, as old links will not work, because the site is getting a new IP address. Please be patient. If there are bugs, we will tackle them one at a time. Remember the goal is to be up and running with no glitches by camp. Doing this now assures us of that, because it gives us all summer to get our ducks in a row. Thank you!
This is only a test
There is work to be done and things to be learned. We are going to try to get the old look back - or something close to it. We also know there are bugs. A thread will be started to report bugs and then we can pass those onto the host.
Thank you for all the patience and support with this - hopefully this will greatly reduce the crashes and other site issues we have had lately.
Please use this thread to report any issues you come across

Ex-Packers coach Mike Sherman met Friday with Texans officials and is considering to become assistant head coach/offensive line.
I made some comments about him not being humble enough to take our OC position and desire to stay a HC in a prior thread. Apparently humility is not an issue. I'm baffled.
Wake up, brush your teeth, and get ready for a day of hating the Dolphins. Or the Pats? How to choose?
Maybe they are paying their OLine coach a fair salary for the job and he didn't feel we were. He's going to get his 3.2 million no matter what so I don't think that is a factor.
- prefers a hc job
- would also like the gm title
- has prev exp as both
- will get the same income no matter what he does
speculations why might he take a lesser job
- wants to be available for hc/gm job
- challenge of working with worst team and miserable line
- has personal connection with that team somehow
- has personal connection with that city somehow
- knows the gm job there might be avail soon
- knows somebody there has connection to another team whose gm job might be avail soon
- is getting asst hc title
- prearranged short term consulting role with rebuilding team ala lebeau
these are just off the top of my head
man what is up with all the waaa everybody hates us waaa were a horrible organization waaa were a bunch of losers god
After his last season in GB maybe hes looking for something guarnteed to gain some rep back in the NFL. He seems to be very cautious as to what job he takes and if thats the case its a shame because regardless of what happened in GB hes still a good coach. But personally I think if no HCing job is avaliable he should take a job as a coordinator and maybe in Houston where I believe this guy could really help there situation there.
I get why he wouldn't want to be here. that's pretty obvious. but why wouldn't he rather coach the Jets offense than Houston's O-line?
Two reasons immediately come to mind: 1.) the Jets are noted for being the cheapest organization when it comes to paying coaches in the NFL--even cheaper than the Bills--while Houston owner McNair has tons of money and appears willing to spend it; 2.) if he has the Assistant Head Coach tag and is able to do anything to improve Houston's O-line, he will be a leading candidate for a HC job next year or the year after.
A third possibility is that he may know Kubiak, personally, and may be willing to take a seemingly lower position to work with him than he would with someone that he doesn't know.
Those who do not learn from the past are doomed to repeat it. And, thus it was that they surrendered their freedom; not with a bang, but without even a whimper.
