WGR is reporting that the Bills have decided to keep three offensive coaches. OL coach Jim McNally, RB coach Eric Studesville, and WR coach Tyke Tolbert are expected to survive under the new regime. The Bills have not announced yet which coaches are going or which are staying. An official announcement is expected any day now. Two coaches still under contract who are gone are defensive coordinator Jerry Gray and QB coach Sam Wyche. They have both been told they are gone but are officially still members of the staff. Special teams coordinator Bobby April is expected back.

Re: Bills Look To Keep Three
I'm glad with Tyke Tolbert, he was great at developing the young WRs in Arizona and did a very good job with Lee Evans.
I'm also happy with Jim McNally. I feel that he hasn't had much choice with the OL, it was all TD and when he gets some imput on bringing in OL, he will help build us a solid line.
I'm not sure about our RB coach. What did our RB's do that was so good? They sucked at blocking and Willis wasn't hitting the holes like he should have.

Re: Bills Look To Keep Three
Here is my issue with tolbert, Our WR's couldn't get off of the ball. They had issues getting into their routes. I will give him the benifit of the doubt and say it was crappy plays, but just make not of this for future refrence.

Re: Bills Look To Keep Three
I'm not a fan of Tolbert. IT does seem like it takes forever for our WR's to get into their routes, a disaster in waiting with our OL.. And I could be wrong, but didnt' Moulds get into it with Tolbert during Miami game?
Lee Evans is good and has all-pro potential, but I think he needs a better coach who can teach him to run crisper routes.. That's my only knock on Evans.
