I saw that the Bears might be interested in him for their DB coach position if the Bills take Fewell. I wouldn't mind him on the Bills' staff myself.

Any word if we are waiting for any Seattle or Steeler coaches?

Marshall looks like TD's long lost twin brother.

I like him. He is a succesful young coach on rise and his last experience in Indianapolis might help him to be a more experienced DC.

Also, Frazier was also a DB coordinator... something that really makes natural chemistry with our new HC.

To be frank, this is the kind of talent we really need and I really wouldn't mind to see him as our next DEFENSIVE COORDINATOR

After reading his bio, I seriously hope so, too!

Because of my involvement in fantasy football, I had occasion to keep a pretty close eye on Seattle's defense the last couple of years and I was really impressed with the job that he did with their young LBs this season and the way that they have played as a unit since Ray Rhodes had his stroke. If Marv Levy can somehow convince him to leave Seattle and Paul Allen's money behind for the DC job in Buffalo, I would love it! That might not be an easy sell, though....

Still, I hope that he is the guy that the Bills are waiting to talk with. With the Bills not making a move to fill their DC job since Bates balked at their offer, I've had a feeling that the Bills have been waiting to talk with someone who is coaching in the Super Bowl about that job....

Even though Dick LeBeau probably knows Jauron from their playing days and through their association with the Lions, I doubt that LeBeau would be interested in leaving the good situation that he's in with the Steelers to return to Buffalo, but can't hurt to ask him after the SB.

If I'm not wrong, Dick LeBeau is the next big name to be a head coach and it doesn't makes sense that Buffalo is his right place to make his dreams come true.

On the other hand, I think that the FO have "loaded" the coaching staff with experience and young coaches like Frazier really excites me. He was succesfull from the beginning and it seems that he could have a real mentor on Jauron. Both are defensive minded coaches and his experience on secondary seems to be a PERFECT FIT!

Thanks Mikey!

On the other hand, what about Dave Wannstedt?
He is still a heck Defensive coordinator and it seems that he is really underrated...
