Snyder will spend 120 Mil next year on Coaches alone. I'm sure that equals a perfect season with a SB victory.

He's so impressive. :shakeno:

He just hired Jerry Gray to be the DB coach.

The Deep Snapper Coach probably makes 1.5 Mil.

Pardon the pun.

Wow! Their writeups really make them sound fantastic.

The Chiefs ought to dominate with them there (sarcasm).

When is the new salary cap for coaches starting?

I was wondering that myself. Washington is starting to hold ALL the good coaches. If he didn't do that, we would probably go for Greg Blache as our DC. And I would take that in a heart beat.

So Jerry Gray becomes GW's DC when GW takes over for Joe Gibbs in a year or so.

And what is wrong with an owner who is willing to reach into his pockets for good coaches?

If Ralph was willing to do this maybe we might've won a playoff game within the last 10 years or even made the playoffs in the last 6 years.

All the billionaire owners have the money to pay for top notch coaches. People like Dan Snyder chooses to and guys like Ralph doesn't. With the salary cap and FA on the players you can give yourself an advantage having good coaches coming in to run the show.

Snyder can afford to do it much easier than Ralph and you know it :cynic:
