Silly to have Jerry Gray on website as DC when he is signing on as DB coach for Washington.
Oh and what is the difference between a previous head coach and a never been head coach? One (Mike Sherman) is not willing to consider OC position when turned down for head coach position and the other (Jerry Gray) is willing to serve as DC to man who won the job and settles for a DB role.
