I don't want the SOB, He really doesn't want the job. Look the offer isn't good because bates wants to be a HC and or Greg Williams money. Not going to happen.

How on Earth does Jim Bates feel that by sitting out two years, he would have a good chance at getting a Head Coaching job? Come on! He would be sooo much better off if he was a DC this year.

Bud I don't feel we are lowballing. If we offered up 1 mill per that was what he was making in GB. He isn't worth more than that. He wants to sit and be a HC.
