All I can find at the moment is that he was with the Browns previously (I think 2001-2004) and Anthony Munoz is quoted as saying, "He is a very good O-line coach."

Zierlein coached the offensive line for the Cleveland Browns from 2001-2004 where his work with the offensive line helped the Browns average 4.05 yards per rush and 104.4 rushing yards per game in 2003.
