The French Connection line is an absolute no-brainer. I may have not been born until '77, but any Sabres' fan that knows and has looked into the history of the team knows that is the line which all other lines in Buffalo's history must be measured against. The 2nd line I listed is probably the next greatest, what with LaFontaine & Mogilny alone. Hawerchuk is a great, as well. The Sands-Peca-Satan line is a little homage to the '99 Cup Final team. Remember when Peca was a scorer & a defensive forward? :D As for the 4th line, that's the kind of line that just beats your ass and scores. I put in Barnaby as honorable mention, as I love the fire he brings to the ice every night.

As far as goalies go, anyone who doesn't have Hasek on their list needs help. And as for putting Fuhr on my list instead of someone else, I have to agree with fushetti's logic. A time will come for Ryan to be added to the list, but not just yet
