Johnnie Holland, who was hired last week, has quit his position with the Bills so that he may take the same position with the Houston Texans. He wants to be closer to his home and family.

Fewell is in charge of finding a replacement and has a few guys in mind who he thinks would fit well.

Jauron seems like a really classy guy, respecting his wishes and all.

True. If nothing else, this is good PR for the Bills FO.

Yeah i read the article in the news . You can't blame holland for wanting to go back to hoston. Both of his parents are ill...dad has heart condition..I guess what they said about jauron is true great family guy who treats his players and coaches with respect. I'm sure we will be ok with lb position. I'm a bit concerned on who they may bring in as qb coach .. Any thoughts ?
