Half-time show was almost as boring and predictable as the actual game.

OMG!! You guys! I thought it was the best half time show I've seen in years!

I like the fact they had one act and it had nothing to do with rap.

  Never liked him, besides this was MOTOWN it should have been all MOTOWN.

Having said that it was much better than J. Jackson sagging boob bowl!

I totally disagree with all that MOTOWN stuff. So what?

Mick was great and still is great! I love him!

I thought the Stones show was pretty good... Keith Richards could be the world's ugliest human though.

my favorite performance was by U2 a couple of SBs ago. Very heartfelt performance w/ the scrolling of the names of victims from 9/11. IMO a band that has been around for a long time and IMO still relevant. U2 that is. I am a big U2 homer though, but even outside of that, I'd put that one up against any past or present SB performance.

The stones are awesome. I saw them in Boston January 13th. Sure they look old, especially after all those years of partying. But it's better than having some rappers or Justin Timberlake and Janet Jackson during the halftime show. Keith Richards and Ron Wood tear it up on guitar.

A great performance by some true legends. It was great to see the NFL has finally caught on and let the greats do what they do best. Forcing Aerosmith to perform with scrubs like N'Suck and Spears was one of the most disgraceful things I have ever seen. It's great to see the learned from that and let the Stones do their own thing. And to anyone who would have rather seen Disturbed or Seether, you are clueless and have no taste in talent.

The National Anthem was nothing to write home about either. AAron Neville was terrible. Aretha picked it up a little but was straining

Good call. They disgraced the nation. The Anthem was atrocious. They should have their citizenship revoked and they should be deported.

Terrible. Should have gone with a motown tribute. But, the NFL is more worried about big-name attractions than honoring the host city or going with what would be a common sense synergy between the host city and the Motown connection to the city. But, this is the NFL we're talking about after all.

Actually the halftime shows have been screwed up because they are afraid of another "wardrobe malfunction". They have played it safe since then. Paul McCartney last year and The Stones this year..

Talk about a wardrobe malfunction if Aretha had something go wrong.

One of the worse decision ever was going with U2 back in 2002, a couple of months after 9/11....

I like The Stones and even like some of their recent performances. But I thought last night they were pretty bad and fairly boring.

Larry the Cable Guy said that Mick is so skinny that when he dies they are going to bury him in a Pringles can, lol!

If that was a great performance then I will probably die when I see a bad one. It was like those budweiser commercials where the guy does dangerous acts for a beer. It was a dangerous act for me to sit through that garbage.

amen, clump! They sucked major ass, and I don't mind the stones. Mick was horribly off key, and his under arm flab was freaking me out!

The Stones were okay.

I would have liked them to do another tune or two, but putting away that huge, elaborate stage must have taken a lot of time.

Now if Daltry and Townsend were there playing Magic Bus, then you know the fix would have been complete!

The halftime show was crap.

Thats all i can say about it. I couldn't understand the words half the time. What is the point of the halftime show to get the refs in the locker room so they can review the script so they know who is going to win. JUST PLAY THE GAME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Mick has the body of a fourteen year old boy. I saw no flab of any kind, just skin and bones.

under his arms when he was dancing around it looked like my grandma's arms. It was swinging and almost hypnotic!

Mick Jagger's voice is gone. It's like listening to Frank Sinatra at the end- just painful, not that Mick was ever a great crooner. If you took some random person who didn't know who the Stones were and played a tape of that performance no way it would get a passing grade. Simon Cowl would have dumped on the Stones big time.

It was all about driving down memory lane, except the bridge is out. Sad really but then again they've been doing this for going on 50 years! Bring me back another "wardrobe malfunction" before you make me see another tired act like that. Simply awful.

Absolutely horrible halftime for the biggest game of the year.

Rolling Stones might have been good, but that was like 20 years ago. They are old now and look like they should be planning their retirement now. :ill:

In that case, they should have let ICP play.
