      Re: CDS MOCK

The two biggest needs for the Bills seem to be at left tackle and defensive tackle. They could look at a guy like USC's Winston Justice here, but with the mammoth Haloti Ngata of Oregon still available, it is likely he'd be the pick. Not merely a space-eater, Ngata's lack of statistical production can be attributed to the attention he's receieved from blockers over his career, specifically last season. Constantly being double and triple-teamed, Ngata, who could possibly play NT in a 3-4 defense, makes a huge impact, especially in stuffing the run.

        No thanks on Ngata.

I cannot see this player on Marv Levy's plans:

          DeMario Minter
          Weaknesses:
Hands and ball skills are very questionable to say the least...Was arrested for marijuana possession and has some off the field concerns...May have been helped by a strong supporting cast on the Georgia defense...Just doesn't make as many plays as you'd like to see from a guy with his tools.

I'm hoping Lutui makes it to our 3rd pick from the Titans... Then we select Trueblood with our other 3rd.

If Buffalo makes those first three picks, it will be a good draft. There will be other options besides Minter if character and a tendency to underachieve are important enough issues to avoid him.

Trueblood was terrible during Senior Bowl week. Couldn't handle speed rushers and saw his stock drop. There are better options.

I have no problem with the 1st 2 rounds.
