Pretty much. I know Shell wanted back into coaching, but I wonder how soon he'll be regreting that decision when he finds out the team already has two coaches in Al Davis and Randy Moss.

Thats what they do best. Put down everybody else to build that group of skirt wearing guys in the Dolphins organization look better. Next season when MM is there they will see just what we went through with playcalling.
