They are going to everybody back after the Olympics. Who is eligible to go down? They talked about sneaking somebody through waivers to send him down? This is actually kind of scary knowing that they can lose somebody to wiavers. I'm going to have to do some research.

Theres no one eligble besides Novotny probably. So we have one to many forwards if Connoly, Briere, & Hecht all come back at once. So who sits? I think they would be crazy to try to sneak anyone of our extra forwards back to Rochester through waivers.

Of course I assume that you all agree & think that Peters is back to the press box after everyone comes back also.

He should just probably stay home or maybe help wash towels.

I think the Sabres need to make a 3 for one deal and go get a stud.

The roster gets expanded on March 9th. So if we can last that long we wont have a problem. Also remember many teams in the hunt are near the cap limit.

Peters is no longer relevant in the new NHL.

What the Sabres needed to do some time ago was get market value for Biron, while he was hot. Now, I'm not sure he's worth more than a few bags of pucks.

Darcy needs to keep an eye on St.Louis, as they are obviously in salary dump mode. I don't think the price for Tkachuk is going to be "right", so I think they need to focus on blueliners. I think Jackman could be had for the right price.

I doubt there will be any trade this season.

Briere - Dumont - Afinogenov
Grier - Drury - Vanek
Kotalik - Connolly - Pomminville
Pyatt - Hecht - Guastad or Roy (Most Likely Guastad)

Lydman - Numminen
Campbell - Mckee
Fitzpatrick - Kalinin

Miller - Biron (Or Mika)

Scratches - Peters, Fitzpatrick, Roy (or Guastad)

Demotion - Novotny

Ir - Mair

Darcy Needs to trade some of our Wieght For Defensemen, instead of Riskig the Waivers, We do not need to be losign our good 4th line players to Other teams off waiver for trying to send them down, trade away 3rd man outs for scratched roster spots..
