That's good one of the past problems of the previous staffs was it's size.. Most teams have a special teams assistant...At least the bills are finally getting with the rest of the nfl.

The trend has been for staffs to grow in size. Since assistant coaches outside of a few really highly touted guys tend to be pretty cheap compared with players, and don't count against he cap, more assistants may be a great investment if they can make a difference in play on the field
