Bills | Team will bring in another quarterback
Thu, 23 Feb 2006 11:52:03 -0800

During the NFL Combine, Buffalo Bills general manager Marv Levy said he will bring a third quarterback to compete for the starting quarterback role. The player will not likely be a marquee name or a first-round pick.

I remember him saying something, but not to the magnatude of it being anyone of signifigance. he didn't say 'I want to bring in another top notch guy to compete'. I am thinking this is just a mathews replacement.

We already have Ochs and Woodbury in NFLE. What more could Marv want?

Bring in Craig Nall I always thought he could be a solid starter for a team but was never given the chance.

At this point I would hate to see Adams cut. I know he comes with a lot of baggage, but we would be better off with him this coming season. Dump him on his ass next season.

I don't think he fits into the scheme.

Really? On what grounds does a 340lb Pro Bowl DT not fit in your defenisve scheme?

John Clayton thinks Adams will be cut.

I hope not, that means we now need 2 DT instead of 1. If Adams is cut the Bills will probably draft a DT with their 1st pick.
