I see the Fins losing Jones and his 6 mil cap number and McIntosh and his 4.2 mil. I am sure some others will go too. Madison will either restructure or be cut. and Reggie Howard....he needs to go even if it only saved us a buck 99

Cut jones, and MacIntosh, Madison is a good corner, and its worth the money to keep him because you don't save that much.

$900,000
$2,500,000
$5,522,332
$825,000
$5,683,530

if we make all these cuts, it's a cap savings of $15,430,862

when the CBA hits, after we've done all of this, we could be up to $25,500,000 under the cap with our needs being that of the cheapest positions in all of football - Linemen - I'd say if we get rid of Moulds we bring in Jurevicious on a frontloaded contract (as cheap as possible of course).

I thought Jeno James was the next great O lineman

he plays for the dolphins.

Maybe he was secretly signed by Marino.

He must have a major escalator in his salary which kicks in this year or something

It's not worth cutting vincent- he's worth 800k to keep. Milloy should be considered. Adams should only be considered if a suitable replacement can be found.

Anderson is a waste of skin.

Moulds can stay but only if he fixes that cap number. He's not worth 11 mil.

Wow, it looks like Adams may be gone. He saves a ton of money and he doesnt have much dead cap either.

I'd also choke on the $1 million and get rid of fat ass Bennie Anderson.

If Mularkey was still here, I'd say Adams was a goner. But this team needs all the help it can get on the D-line and I doubt we could find anyone as good as Adams for $3 million.

Clayton's number is wrong for Mike Williams

I like the idea of Adams and Ngata together. That would also make Shobel and Kelsay look alot better.

I agree, but, as I see it, you need at least a 3 man rotation at DT, to be successful and, with Adams being up there in age, probably a 4 man rotation. That means adding an additional DT--one of the ones that Pat Moran has mentioned in his articles would be nice if the price is right!--even if you draft Ngata or another rookie DT. Given that, I wouldn't pass on a guy like Ferguson to get Ngata, but I do think that the Bills will have to add a rookie DT, like Ngata or one of the other top DTs, in the draft. No matter what the Bills do in free agency, IMHO they have to add a DT and O-lineman with their first two picks in this draft to address their biggest weaknesses, even though it may take those two rookies most of this season to develop enough to be quality starters.

Listening to Marv I see Adams and maybe Milloy gone. Anderson is almost a given

Those numbers are deceiving.
They show the team "saving" 800+ grand by cutting Vincent.. DO they show the dead cap money that IMMEDIATELY goes into the cap? it would cost MORE to cut Vincent that it would to keep him.

Anderson SHOULD be a lock to get cut, but I got a feeling he's gonna be a training camp cut, that Marv will keep him around for now.. JUST in case.

Moulds is as good as gone (unfortunately)

If we're saving 3.5 mil by cutting Adams, then I'm possibly for that.. Although I thought it was far less we'd be saving, I'll have to check into that.. If its only 2 mill or so, I say no way.

Milloy, yes but ONLY if you have someone there to take his place now.. NOT a rookie..

And you can say goodbye already to Mark Campbell, thats 1.25 mill right there.

Id like to see if Baker can make a transition to SS or maybe if Leonard is ready for full-time action. I could see those two being big time players as our S's for years if they pan out. Albeit a big IF
