    Tampa Bay debut:

    Tampa Bay debut:

Rob Johnson's Tampa Bay debut will come Monday night in front of a national live television audience.

Johnson and his new team, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, host the Miami Dolphins at 8 p.m. on ESPN (cable channel 24).

Just for your info. He will come in after 2 series and play with the starters for the remainder of the half and possibly some of the 3rd. before King takes over. Gruden wants to take a close look at him.

TB should have an interesting season under Gruden.

I agree. Plus we can see what RJ has learned under Gruden's watchful eye.

He wasn't bad, he wasn't great. I saw the same thing I saw when he was here. Like Theismann said, "He's got great ability, but takes too many hits." Wow Joe, tell me something I don't already know.

Rob Johnson continues to find new ways to be sacked - 3 times tonight.

                  Truly? That's ridiculous!

You figure he'd learned something while he was here.

Replace Donahoe with Modrak and fire the entire coaching staff!

                  Then let's go to Disneyworld!

Just about a quarter of play...that averages to 12 times/game.

Amazing isn't it? In one quarter (2nd) he managed to show his uncanny knack for eating turf. On a positive note he did help drive the Bucs to their only offensive score. The Bucs other TD was from a KO return.

                        Unbelieveable!

                        Once on 1st and 10; again on a 3rd and 9; lastly on a 3rd and 10.

Twice in one series, all three in just over a Q of play. You'd think he learned a thing or two after having his clavicle "reshuffled."

                        Guess not...

Yeah, in 17:45 he had 3 of them.

                          That's why he's gone, eh!

                          Let's see, 11/game, 16 games;

                          ..........

176 sacks on the year. Of course Miami is better than most teams defensively. So let's use an average of 7 per game.......

                          112

It's always like you wys to blame everything on my boy Rob. Let it rest. All those sacks were NOT his fault.

                              LOL - 176?
Gruden has to be keeping RJ's inability to get rid of the ball fresh in his mind. The Theisman crew was even commenting, saying that 3rd string Shaun King is doing what RJ seemed unable to accomplish - scrammble and pass!
