Just heard that the salary cap deal is on the "Verge" of being signed..

and that it is reported that the new salary cap is to be 112 million dollars!

If this happened the Bills would have about 23.5 million under the cap.

Heard on Radio 620 here in Tampa....

GREAT NEWS (especially for EMO)

But it also means teams like the Seahawks will have plenty of money to resign Players like Bernard etc..

(also means the phins should have no prob getting BREES)

As of yesterday it was still 95.

And even if it does jump 17 million dollars, that is the same for every team.

It would mean Arizona is in the area of 45 mil under the cap.

They could just buy everyone.

And I have heard moulds is gone period. They Even with 100 mill under the cap they weren't going to keep an aged guy on the downside of his career with an 11 mill cap hit. Also the attitude is the problem.

All this does is save washingtons asses. When that assclown owner of thiers found out there was no way in hell he was under the cap without cutting 1/3 of his roster, he jumped ship on Jerry Jones and bob craft to get a deal done between owners.

1) the cap aint jumping that high..thats nuts

2) the HIGHER the cap is.. the bigger the DISADVANTAGE it is to Buffalo right now..
It gives teams TONS of more money to sign their own.. How many VALUABLE FA's does Buffalo have they can not-afford to lose but dont have the cash to sign? Teague? Reed? Edwards? Denney?

For the Record if the CBA gets done the Bills will Keep moulds. All that extra space. they have to pay 5 mill, might as well pay another five to keep him. Sorry Ice. Why make more wholes to fill when we already have so many?

man.. you know i have agreed with much of what you have said in the past, but i am at the point where your ****ing posts are just obnoxious and annoying.. your posts have all turned so bitter and whiny that you just come across as a two year old have a temper tantrum all the time now.

not that you give a crap, but i think your going to end up being the first person to get on the ignore list since Juice and Wys Guy... believe it or not.. i think i would actually rather read one of Juice's totally insane idiotic posts than one of your uninformed bitter idiotic posts.

shame.. because you could be a really good poster.. if you would just stop taking the obnoxious pills.

The cap is going to be 95 Million. It's been reported by almost every single reputable news agency. As usual Skooby reports the most ridiculous scenario. It might end that high in 2009 and than Skooby can say he was right. Can we stop with these stupid posts.

No the cap will be decided on wensday, one of the terms the players would receive is a bigger player pool. Which could be in the hundreds of millions. But let them get the new deal in place then we'll see.

Exactly. Plus, we have a lot of idle time between newsworthy items, and need something to keep us busy around here. Think of Ice like Bill O'Reilly...he can be annoying but he certainly provokes debate.

It's when he doesn't agree with you or doesn't have an answer that he uses " I'm a coach" "i have sources" or he stoops to namecalling.

Exactly. I don't put anyone on Ignore, but if I begin to read a post that is childish, pointless, clueless or otherwise inane, I simply stop reading.

Obvously, I don't finish reading most of my own.

In theory they could. In reality no one goes to the games or buys their merchandise, so they don't have $45 million.

I think it's just gonna mean that teams will now have to fork over more money this offseason for the FAs.
