The Carolina Panthers have made their first move to get under the salary cap, releasing veteran defensive tackle Brentson Buckner.
According to sources with knowledge of the situation, Buckner was informed of his release Wednesday morning.

The move clears his $1.85 million base salary off the books, but the Panthers still have moves to make. They'll need to clear between $8 million and $10 million off their salary cap to fit under the anticipated limit of $95 million. Of course, that assumes there's no extension to the collective bargaining agreement before the start of the league year Friday.

Later in the day, the Panthers cut Stephen Davis and Rod Smart.

Would Buckner be a good fit for us? I don't know too much about him specifically, but I do know that Carolina had a powerful front 4 - maybe the best in the league...

OH... MY... WORD!!!

I cannot believe that photo!
She is unbelievably HOT.
And this coming from someone who sees her every day on GH.
Now, I've only been watching again for a couple of months after a few year hiatus ( I initially got hooked on it WAY back in 1980... ), but I haven't really seen how hot she actually is on the show. And, I didn't watch her on DANCING WITH THE STARS either, so I had no clue.
But, thanks to you, I certainly do now! LOL

Actually, Bloody Thirsty was first coined when Skooby and ICE got together and pleasured each other when they were both ragging. Ok that was just foul. Sorry fellas. I couldn't help myself.
