All: The new Billszone site with the updated software is scheduled to be turned on Tuesday, May 21, 2024. The company that built it, Dynascale, estimates a FOUR HOUR shut down, from 8pm Pacific, (5pm Eastern) while they get it up and running. Nobody will be able to post in any forum until they are done. Afterwards, you may need to do a web search for the site, as old links will not work, because the site is getting a new IP address. Please be patient. If there are bugs, we will tackle them one at a time. Remember the goal is to be up and running with no glitches by camp. Doing this now assures us of that, because it gives us all summer to get our ducks in a row. Thank you!
This is only a test
There is work to be done and things to be learned. We are going to try to get the old look back - or something close to it. We also know there are bugs. A thread will be started to report bugs and then we can pass those onto the host.
Thank you for all the patience and support with this - hopefully this will greatly reduce the crashes and other site issues we have had lately.
Please use this thread to report any issues you come across

I now have the Bills $11,771,908 under an estimated salary cap of $93.5 million with $8,622,892 "dead cap"
This includes all transactions to date
I will have another update and a cap analysis article tomorrow
As usual dead on. The Geek clayton has us at about 9.1 on a 92 mill cap. My only question is they have milloy at 3.5 mill savings and you have him at 3.75 or so.
I am 90% sure its going to be 95 million, maybe even a tad higher.. Moulds WILL get cut (he is NOT taking a paycut) and we should be around 20 million under, with around 15 to spend on Free Agents (at least I think)
It would be an advantage to the Bills if no CBA is signed. Because assuming one is signed, then many teams will be able to either retain their FA's or offer FA's that we want more money. At this point with an estimated cap of 95-96 Mil, and Moulds about to be cut, the Bills are looking at cap space in the mid to high teens, which is pretty good.

NFL | Cap set at $94.5 million
Wed, 1 Mar 2006 19:06:59 -0800
The Associated Press reports the NFL has set the salary cap for the 2006 season at $94.5 million. League owners will meet in New York on Thursday, March 2, in an attempt to work out a new collective bargaining agreement. A new CBA could add anywhere from $10 million to $15 million to the salary cap. Teams also have an additional six hours to terminate contracts and request waivers on players. The original deadline was set for 4 p.m. EST on Thursday, March 2, but has now been pushed back to 10 p.m.

Damn, I wanted moulds gone by 4pm. Oh well, I have waited this long...
The "unadjusted" salary cap is actually $94,513,000, so I will amend and say that I have the Bills $12,784,908 under
We are still waiting for the Bills cap adjustment which will change $94,513,000 to something higher or lower....I do not know whether they have a debit or credit....I'll lean towards debit
