    Jeb Putzier an option?

He's a huge TE. Does anyone remember the pre-season game from a year or two ago when we played them? He was a beast in the 2nd half and had about 2-3 huge catches and was tough to bring down. I know we need a TE bigtime. Not sure if there's anyone else of any significance @ TE in free agency. I didn't see any names that made me excited or anything. He is too slow IMO And after Mark Cambell, i wan't a TE that can move..

Huff and Baker could anchor the secondary for years, couple that with a very young McGee we could form a very cohesive unit. Ultimatley id be happy with Ngata, Huff, Brick...etc. Id like to see us bring in Putzier maybe. I think he and Everett might be a nice combo.

      Yeah.

I'm rather intrigued with the aspect that Trevor Pryce is available. He'd be worth the consideration.

              Putzier an option?

Yes but just an option. He lose the starting spot from the beginning and it means too much...

he has looked great at times.. they resigned him to a big contract, thus they had to let him go when steven alexander outplayed him.. it is not like alexander was a slouch.. he was a great te too, but injuries slowed hiim down.. looks like he is back to his old form now, so they dont need putzier, who was more expensive

YES! Putzier would be a solid option.
