All: The new Billszone site with the updated software is scheduled to be turned on Tuesday, May 21, 2024. The company that built it, Dynascale, estimates a FOUR HOUR shut down, from 8pm Pacific, (5pm Eastern) while they get it up and running. Nobody will be able to post in any forum until they are done. Afterwards, you may need to do a web search for the site, as old links will not work, because the site is getting a new IP address. Please be patient. If there are bugs, we will tackle them one at a time. Remember the goal is to be up and running with no glitches by camp. Doing this now assures us of that, because it gives us all summer to get our ducks in a row. Thank you!
There is work to be done and things to be learned. We are going to try to get the old look back - or something close to it. We also know there are bugs. A thread will be started to report bugs and then we can pass those onto the host.
Thank you for all the patience and support with this - hopefully this will greatly reduce the crashes and other site issues we have had lately.

I agree, one of these 2 would be a fine pickup. I like the fact that we haven't gotten rid of Vincent yet. Just shows me that we aren't going after Huff in the draft, and by dumping Big Sam, it shows we won't be taking Ngata (Adams clone), but by dumping Campbell, it could mean we are making room for Davis...I hope so, or at least a trade down to get Pope or Lewis and some extra picks.

That would be my two picks. Archuleta was an impact safety when they used him correctly. As soon as lovie smith left, they switched schemes and it hurt him somewhat.

I don't think they're going after Davis. We already have Everett and Euhus. This team has too many other needs to draft a TE in the first round when they drafted one early in last years draft.
IMHO, Ferguson is their dream pick with Ngata or Huff as their reality pick.

I did think about that however , at his speed he can be converted into a wr. Fairchild's/Martz's system loves the deep passes which could require speed to go deep. That's if Moulds goes.
I think they sign Archuleta as well, maybe right away tommorow....
You don't release a guy like Milloy without a replacement in mind. Crossing their fingers for Huff, litteraly more than a month away from the draft is too risky for a Defense that NEEDS to improve this year.
He was awesome in Lovie Smith's cover 2 defense, and thats what Perry Fewell intends to run here. Kinda reminds me of a better version Mark Kelso...now all he needs is the 'ol double helmet.
I also wouldn't mind Marlon McCree, Lance Schulters, or Corey Chavous. I would prefer someone younger than Schulters or Chavous but I would be upset if we signed either of them.
