    $$$$$$$$16-18 mill to spend$$$$$$$$$

    Thank you lord!!!

This now puts a big fat sock in the mouths of many that whine that we dont have cap cash for x, y, or z player.

    Hutch? OK
    Bentley? OK
    Pickett? OK
    Lewis? OK

Whatever we need the money is there.

Hopefully Marv doesnt breathe TOO big a sigh of relief and realizes that no matter if the cap was set at 200mill, Moulds is STILL overpaid.

Get its fixed! Restructure, cut, frankly I dont care.

NFL owners have approved a six-year extension of the collective bargaining agreement by a vote of 30-2 Wednesday night.
Buffalo and Cincinnati were the two teams to vote against the proposal, according to ESPN's Chris Mortensen.

    Go figure.

And I think your assuming ralph will sign off on heavy spending.

yes but this also means that other teams will have the cap room to spend on FAs. Theres just going to be more competition for the players we want.

Bigger cap = disadvantage to Buffalo..

1- This MIGHT mean they keep Moulds, DeFINITELY for now while they try to work on something..

2- Forget about Bennie Anderson or Posey getting cut now.

3- Other teams have more cash, which is not good for a 5-11 team.. Good players go to bad (at least record-wise) teams for one reason.. MONEY.. NOw, if the money is on par, they are going to the better team.

I'm not liking this at all.. Teams like Denver and possibly even Miami that we're gonna be able to be main players now are.

THis is great news, I'm sure there will still be some restructuring to free up some more cash, but a new CAP is just plain awesome. At least we can make a push for Brees and some other players and do at least a bit of shopping. Just think, teams like the Vikings and the Browns will have that much more cap to utilize, whoah dood.

Every teams cap situation just improved......it doesn't mean the Bills will be in any better situation than before

Long term for Bills fans this is a good deal.. Financial stability and equality.

But for 2006 this sucks.. It puts 7-10 teams who had little money into the market as players now..

all I know is this.. they BETTER cut Moulds, get well over $20 million over the cap and start hiting some of the spots with holes.. I dont care what the cap is.. a number one a) receiever is NOT worth no $10.8 cap figure.. that's insane.. I'm scared because they havent cut him yet they might not at all yet.. Unless he redoes his deal and saves at least $3 mill on the cap this year they better show him the door.
