    Eric Moulds...

Let's say we keep Moulds fOr 2006... Actual cap impact is $5.5M
And let's say we keep him for 2007... Conservative cap impact estimate of $8.0M... Maybe more... Maybe much more.

Let's compare that to say, what it would cost for Antonio Bryant...
    2006... $4.0M
    2007... $5.0M

    That's a $1.5M savings for 2006 and at least a $3.0M savings for 2007... $4.5M or more in those 2 years... WOW!

    BUT HERE'S THE DEAL MAKER...
AFTER 2007 THE BILLS STILL HAVE A VERY GOOD RECEIVER IN BRYANT!!! Not true if we keep Moulds.

The decision's eazy as far as I'm concerned.

Moulds just doesnt' warrant the money. I know Marv wants a more established vet on the roster, but there are others out there.

I think it would be in the team's best interest to part ways with Moulds, but I think they want to find an adequate replacement before they decide to let him go. Bryant would be good, but he's had character issues before, which might prevent him from catching marv's attention.

If we dont have a replacement coming in, Im not for the release. If we sign Bryant or Jurevicious, then yeah release him, but not if we dont have a backup plan.
