    (March 10, 2006) -- The Oakland Raiders released quarterback Kerry Collins, an expected salary-cap move that got delayed five days after the NFL and its union postponed the start of free agency.

      Not necessarily. They had to be cap compliant tonight and they were still over

                      In the NFL network tonight, they seem to hint that a trade is being worked out with Culpepper (that they couldn't release information on) but they said not to expect it to be with the Raiders. In fact, they hinted it could be Miami or the Jets ???
