Jamison Hensley (http://www.kffl.com/link/170), of the Baltimore Sun (http://www.kffl.com/link/169), reports the Cleveland Browns (http://www.kffl.com/team/13/nfl) have reached a contract agreement with free agent DT Ted Washington (http://www.kffl.com/player/306/nfl) (Raiders). Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
