All: The new Billszone site with the updated software is scheduled to be turned on Tuesday, May 21, 2024. The company that built it, Dynascale, estimates a FOUR HOUR shut down, from 8pm Pacific, (5pm Eastern) while they get it up and running. Nobody will be able to post in any forum until they are done. Afterwards, you may need to do a web search for the site, as old links will not work, because the site is getting a new IP address. Please be patient. If there are bugs, we will tackle them one at a time. Remember the goal is to be up and running with no glitches by camp. Doing this now assures us of that, because it gives us all summer to get our ducks in a row. Thank you!
There is work to be done and things to be learned. We are going to try to get the old look back - or something close to it. We also know there are bugs. A thread will be started to report bugs and then we can pass those onto the host.
Thank you for all the patience and support with this - hopefully this will greatly reduce the crashes and other site issues we have had lately.

this puzzles me. the guy can't kick off. what team wants to waste a roster spot for that? i would think the roster spot is more precious than what little cap room dumping mare would save.
I doubt it, we signed a guy and sent him to NFL Europe, plus it might be just to light a fire underneath Mare. It's good to keep the options open since Mare did return a bit more to form, but not as solid he used to be.
Greatest Kicker of All-Time... I could think of about 1 occasion where the Bills could've used a kicker really bad... and here's a hint if you can't guess when: everyone else in your division has one.

Are you talking about the guy who might be going to Miami? That same guy who ended the Colts playoff run by almost hitting the hot dog vendor 100 yards to the right of the stadium on that field goal?
I don't think he will get the money he is looking for in Miami. Mare is expensive enough and he would want more than mare gets. We either keep mare or go young at kicker. Just my opinion!
My beef here isnt with Miami or Miami fans for that matter.. My beef is with Vandy..
I dont care, he's the BEST EXAMPLE in history of what a "stat guy" is.. GREAT numbers, record setting numbers, and he did win some games for Indy with his leg..
but in a playoff game, come on, that was the worst pressure kick in history.. On par with Bill Buckner or C-WEbb calling timeout in the NCAA championship.
Dont even compare Norwood.. He had a 47-yarder no grass, a kick he never made..
Vandy had a makeable distance in his home dome, and choked it literally 30 yards to the right..
I wouldnt pay him the league mininum if I was Levy.. I'll keep Lindell. I would NEVER take a kicker who could miss THAT bad in a playoff game. ever
(not too mention he cant kick the ball inside the 10 on kickoffs)
That was a pretty bad miss. That was a kick that he could've made with his eyes closed holding two babies with leprosy at the same time. Maybe Saban and Co. wanted just to talk to him and ask him personally how he could've missed such an easy kick, and also to get his opinion on some fine scotch, lol.

Its not that Vandy missed that would make me NEVER sign him.. Its how BADLY he missed the kick.. There is no excuse for that except for that you're a straight up CHOKE artist.. plain and simple.

It was nicely done. That's a good site they got over there. I love the writings of the guy who covers the Bills. Know anything about him?
and to be honest, my article sucked.. It was rushed and uneducated, because to be honest I'm not a Titans guy at all.. It was very broad and general, nothing specific at all. I think may days of covering the Titans ended after one piece.
