Hutchinson feels now that Culpepper jumped ship and left Minnesota. He went from a Super Bowl contender to a team with a ton of problems...

I think the Seachickens will match the offer.

didn't he already sign in Minn?Yes and no. Hutchinson signed an offer sheet with Minnesota on Sunday, but as Seattle's transition player, the Seahawks have a week to match the offer.

The contract Hutchinson signed with Minnesota has a catch that makes it difficult for Seattle to match, as it has a provision stating that he must be the best-paid OL on his team for the 2006 season, or his entire $50 million contract is guaranteed. link (http://www.twincities.com/mld/pioneerpress/sports/14092067.htm)

Note: Walter Jones' contract averages $7.5 million a year, compared with Hutchinson's $7 million average.

I think the huge contract hes going to sign will help him sleep at night.

Funny how millions can resolve that sort of problem.

they'd have those same problems with Culpepper there. Johnson seems to have the team behind him

DAMN! That was a good move on the Vikings' part.

It may be tougher for the Seahawks to match than i first thought.

Brad is better than Fumbles Culpepper.

Little known fact: Culpepper holds the record for "Worst Touchdown Celebration"http://espn-ak.starwave.com/media/nfl/2003/1219/photo/a_culpepper_ft.jpg

They played better with Brad Johnson last year. With Culpepper last year they looked like the worst team in football.
