If it truly is Parcells last year, he may want TO and make a final push for the playoffs/superbowl. And with a new LT and an upgraded FS, they will be a strong team.

I'd like to see him in Buffalo. But Bills fans rather have a player with "potential" and not players that are already good.

I think TO will end up in Dallas, but I'd love to see him in Oakland. Moss/TO same team, that offense would be awesome.
