Kent Somers, of the Arizona Republic, reports the Arizona Cardinals would likely match any offer restricted free agent OG Reggie Wells (Cardinals) receives, unless another team offers him an outrageous contract. The Cardinals are currently $14 million under the salary cap, making it hard for a team to structure a deal the Cardinals can't match.

if the bills truely feel that the kid is something special.. screw it.. give him a 5 million dollar signing bonus or something.. just enough to make the cards go "WTF??".. and if they match.. then screw it.. at least you tried.

Even if they don't sign him, the Bills can make a good solid offer and help take Arizona out of the running for future FA competition.
