    Harrington wants out.

Lets see, Instead of an OL your wonderboy GM goes out and picks THREE WR's in the first round Three years in a row. Then fires your coach. Then benches you. THEN in free agency...signs a QB to come in and take your spot, has another one (McCown) they want up there as well AND on top of all of that...signs ANOTHER WR Free agent.

Yeah I would want the hell outta there as well.

Tom Kowalski, of mLive.com, reports Detroit Lions QB Joey Harrington has told the Lions' front office and coaching staff that he does not want to play in Detroit. The Lions have been in talks with free agent QB Josh McCown (Cardinals), which could allow the team to move Harrington.

He's a baby. He sucks. They've given him so many opportunities, and he's underachieved. I can blame him, he sucks. Detroit is stupid for keeping him, IMO.

I personally think he is a good kid that got screwed over pretty good. He will go somewhere and if you put him in the right system will be a solid starting QB.

Dude, tell me you can't see it happening. It's like a neon sign, it's so obvious.

In all fairness, prior to the strong of WRs Detroit used alot of high draft picks to acquire olinemen like Backus, McDougle, Gibson, Raiola, etc. Obviously not all of them panned out.

I'm with Ice. I'd take Harrington as a backup. It's a shame he won't get to work with Martz. He can work with the next best coach to Martz, Fairchild.

I really liked this guy, when playing for Oregon. What happened to him, is he that bad?? I will buy immediately his jersey.

I don't want him...he can go to Oakland.

One struggling first round QB on the roster at a time, please.

                              Veyr interesting.

As Bills, Lions are facing past management issues in a new FO era.
As Bills, Lions have unavoidable controversies at key-positions like QB and WR.
As Moulds, Harrington has exactly the same kind of disgruntled situation, multimillionaire contract and cap hit.
As J.P. Charles Rogers is a talented player that hasn't fill expectations.

Is this QB-WR vs WR-QB situation worth enough to consider?
