I agree with this 100%, however since there is no Empire sports station it is the only show in town to get up-to-the-minute news on the Bills.

Programing note, they do the sports updates every 20 minutes, so you only have to listen at that time!

I have never hear Schoop the Dope say anything positive and the Bulldog who sounds :drunks: while he's on the air. Howard has even changed he used to be great on WNSA remember the SIMONCAST now I can't stand him. Brad Rider the guy who does the SABRES post-game shows he's terrible get him off the air. :sad:ly they took the wrong sports station off the radio WNSA should still be on and it should be WGR that's :offair:

Yes WGR is a joke because they don't kiss the proverbial azz of Buffalo sports teams. Their personalities tell it like it is. God forbid they don't sit there and spoonfed you the same garbage that the team tries to. It's good to see one person was sold on TD when he said "if you wanna be a jerk call up GR." Maybe you'd rather have a radio station that would coddle you and tell you that everyone the Bills has is good and it's a shame that the fan base doesn't get behind every decision that is made. Perhaps they could tell you that Bennie Anderson was the second coming of John Hannah last year or maybe just maybe Mike Williams is the second coming of Anthony Munoz? Please. If you want to have a bills talk radio of "homers" Why don't you, Ice and the Philster go get a public access show and host it yourself?

Look the only reason WGR55 is still on, is because of Adelphia's bankruptcy. Adelphia owned Empire Sports and WNSA. WNSA was kicking WGR's butt in the ratings and Howard Simon was doing it all by himself with the SIMONCAST. WGR the small weak station it is on the AM dial couldn't keep up. So Entercom who owns WGR55 bought WNSA and turned it to a music format so that they wouldn't have any competition with WNSA. I say this again they made the wrong choice WNSA should still be on and WGR should be the ones that are off.
