Cowboys | Team also denies signing of Owens

Updating an earlier report, the Fort Worth Star-Telegram reports the Dallas Cowboys have also denied a report that the team has reached an agreement with free agent WR Terrell Owens (Eagles). Cowboys spokesman Rich Dalrymple said the team has nothing planned.

Fort Worth Star-Telegram (registration required): "The Cowboys denied a report late Thursday night from KLBK/Ch. 13 in Lubbock that the team had reached an agreement with free-agent receiver Terrell Owens."

It was being reported that he signed, then on the way home from work on the Rome show and on KFFL that he did not sign, and everyone was saying it hasnt happened yet.
