I think it should be a player or coach that has retired from the NFL or from the Old School AFL. Someone that knows the rules of the game that can teach these refs to referee the right way. So they don't make up phantom calls against teams! For example the Buffalo Bills. "Just give it to them" ~ Andre Reed after the game in Foxborough Mass.
