OK, Wells and Idonije were both retained by the teams. I thought I'd look at who's left among linemen. From ESPN's theoretically comprehensive listing...

I've had my reservations for the signing of Monsato Pope lately, but i've just surfaced on a lineman lost in the whole shuffle. Cedric Woodard.
This man was a starter on Seattle's line a couple of years and did a pretty good job, but was released because of knee injury. He was picked up by the saints, but did not play. I don't know how about current condition, but if he's healthy, he should be considered.

Yes he does. As of right now he's a mystery, so chances are pope is our best bet and choice to add to the D-line.

Matt Stinchcomb, Brentson Buckner, Montrae Holland (is he worth our 4th rounder?), Victor Riley (are there injury concerns with him?) are the names that stick out on that list to me.

Backus is Detriots franchise player and would cost 2 first round picks in compensation to sign (if Detriot didn't match)

Buckner If carolina cut him, there is a problem.

The rest have age, and attitude issues.

I say try to make the trade with Denver for both firsts. Take a DT and LT in the first. LG in the 2nd and move on from there.

Saw the Ashworth deal which happened after I posted my list and as for Backus I thought he was franchised but the list posted just said UFA, my mistake thanks for the clarification.
