I think it's safe to say the this is probably the first time our GM actually listens to the asst. coaches and tries to get the players THEY want and not what you want.

Maybe we should check it out before we call our GM and coaches idiots for not signing players you guys want. Heaven knows you guys are more qualified than they are NOT!!!!

First we'll address JP......... What Kirwan said coupled with a few others is making me think that JP will be gone.. I'm not saying whether I agree with it or not. Actualy, I will say.. I do agree with it.. This team has started over by dumping vets and signing young kids already.. JP is in a partially unfair position now where i dont think he will ever succeed as a Bill. Everytime he holds on to the ball too long and gets sacked, or throws a costly pick, he'll be looking over his shoulder.. This board is just a tiny FRACTION of fans who will be flooding OBD with emails and WGR with phone calls after every loss.

There is no reason to think Young won't be as bad as JP has been, and Bills fans weren't happy this past season after JP's losses despite the fact it was his first year starting. Only eight games into his career, and many fans are ready to throw him under the bus.

And are you asking me a question about Young or JP? Because if you are then that comes down to opinion. If you are, I say Vince Young, for the reason being that I see things in him that I dont see in other quarterbacks, even Cutler or Leinart.. I think from day one he's used to winning and knows how to win. JP is athletic too, but I think even though he's a rookie, IMO anyway, I think the game is played a lot slower in Young's head than JP's.

That's not to say I hate JP either.. I just think that vince comes with intangibles that other great QB's come with.

Marv Levy at 80-years old is a rookie GM. WHen it comes to a front office spot where a salary cap is involved, he is a FULL FLEDGED Rookie. He's been away from the game for a long time and he has ZERO experience in the front office of the Buffalo Bills organization. For those reasons, it is of MY OPINION that he is in over his head.

So I said and still say he made a mistake by cutting Sam Adams and Laywer Milloy. Does that mean I think he is STUPID? I think anyone who has ever met Marv knows he isnt stupid. But that doesn't mean I dont think he's not totally in over his head.

I will now end this conversation as its getting annoying for even myself to keep going thread to thread, let alone the other people who would like to make their point and read on to another topic.

you always make this argument. I haven't been right with every single thing that I said, but the GM's and coaches for the Bills have made some incredibly stupid moves over the past few years. So I don't know how you can continue to sit there and say that they know best simply because they work for the team and we don't.
