    McGahee on voluntary offseason program

    McGahee hits the ground running

Willis McGahee is starting the NFL offseason on the right foot with the Buffalo Bills' new coaching staff.
The Bills' star running back showed up Monday with many teammates for the start of the team's voluntary, 12-week offseason conditioning program.
Last year, McGahee did his offseason training in his hometown of Miami, along with a number of other University of Miami products in the NFL. He also did not attend the first two weeks of voluntary organized practices held in late May.

Nice, really nice IMHO Better with the coaches than in Miami.

Oh, and BTW, it's also nice to see somebody else excited for the upcoming season...

hopefully he works more on his speed and agility this time. He looked way too big last season, and this probably causee him to be too slow.

perhaps Willis "mo money" McGahee might actually realize that if he wasnt to be "the best running back in the NFL" he might actually have to work and train hard instead of partying down in miami all off season and kinda sorta hitting the weight room

I think his size and lack of speed can be party blamed on the idiot they had running the Strength and Conditioning program last season.

Buffalo took a big chance on McGahee. Look at all the teams that passed up on his ass. He owes this organization more than that.

Unfortunately, that's not how it works in the NFL these days

That said, his attitude is quite encouraging, both in regards to him and the new staff.

this is definitely an improvement for McGahee. If he plays well this year, hopefully he'll have learned his lesson.

Maybe it proves that he is happier with this coaching staff compared to the morons that are gone.
