1) The Bills have the same owner who took a 5 year vacation while Donahoe and company were killing this franchise not only on the field but behind the scenes. Working for Donahoe was like working for a control freak who was never wrong.
2) They have the same VP in charge of the cap and negotiating contracts.
3) They have the same pro personnel director.
4) They have the same college personnel director in Modrak.
5) They have the same scouts.
The only New member is Marv Levy but he is only as good as the people working with him. The record the last 5 years proves the people working at One Bills Drive are not the best. If Marv can overcome this dysfunctional organization God Bless Him but they are in complete rebuilding mode with so many holes to fill and a team without a #1 quarterback. Nall, Lossman and Holcomb are laughable. In fact they are still looking for a #1 QB since Kelly and then Levy retired 10 years ago. If they are banking on these 3 quarterbacks to take them to the play-offs good luck. They will be looking for Jim Kelly's replacement for another 4 years.
The Bills don't have enough draft choices to fill all the holes on this team like defensive tackle or two, safety, offensive tackle, guards, tight end that has actually done anything, outside linebacker opposite Spikes that can make plays etc. etc.
