As soon as the final seconds ticked off on Super Bowl XXXVII, coaches, personnel men and owners turned the page on the 2002 season and began to figure out ways they could be next year's Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
A year ago, the Bucs were without a coach, had questions on offense -- they still do -- and seemed to be a team in transition. But new coach Jon Gruden was able to mold them together in one of the finest coaching jobs this league has seen.

Now it's time to look ahead.
Every team, including the Super Bowl champions, has issues heading into the offseason. The teams that fix those problems best -- and stay healthy next season -- will be the teams that contend.
