who is fowler?

I read in another thread that we added OL Fowler and that he is a starting calibur olineman... I musta missed a few days because I cant find anything on him - when did we get him and whats his deal?

Played for Vikes, started 8 of the 11 games he played in last year.. Former 3rd round (I think) draft pick of Cleveland..

And compared to Teague he's Mike Webster, thats' how much I think Teague sucks.

He should be a good addition.
