Bills want 4th, Moulds wants Bruce money

According to the Philly newspapers, Moulds would love to go to Philly and play with Donovan McNabb (who he is friends with). Houston, Denver, KC and New England are the other interested teams, although Denver has stated they can't afford him unless he decides to take a lot less money.

Two things are established:

- Buffalo wants a 4th round pick back (according to the Philly and Houston articles)
- Moulds wants Isaac Bruce money (3 Yrs/$15M, $5M SB)

The real question is, who comes closest to paying him that kind of cake? There seem to be a lot of teams interested at him if he comes cheaper, including Buffalo. The early favorite for a team willing to come closest to his demands is Houston.

It's a two horse race between Houston and Philly...Denver, KC, and NE are out because of the big dollar contract Moulds is looking to secure.

The agent will play the Eagles against the Texans until he gets a deal that's best for him and Eric.

That fourth is a very high almost consider it a first day pick.
It would be a very good trade....and give the texans a very good team.
they have the cap room,....let see if they pony up. Eagles are to cheap to
part with a pick or the money. So Texans look like the one....everyone elses 4th rounder is lower...so unless sombody gives us a third?

He should take his own advice when he told Price to stay in buffalo because the grass isn't always greener. I hope he ends up w/ the texans .

the texans are a hell of a lot farther away from contending than the bills

the eagles, otoh, could be back in the nfcc

eric has been a great team players and im keeping my fingers crossed he'll take the cut and stay, but if not the high fourth would be fine

It's really funny. Moulds wants a Bruce type contract because he still thinks that's the level player he is. It's a total joke. If it weren't for the possibility of a draft pick, which also amazes me that there is, I'd be praying that we held on to Moulds punk ass until May 31st so he can take whatever scraps he can find then. This guy is becoming TO without the production.

Once he realizes he's not getting the money he wants, look for him to end up in Philly or NE.. BTw, NE has PLENTY of cap room to sign him if they want, so money isnt an issue.

Money is an issue in Denver.. Money is also an issue in KC (who by the way just signed Ron Edwards). They are still looking to get Ty Law..

Money isnt an issue in Houston, but if he was to play in Houston for the same money he'd get in Buffalo, he must REALLY Hate the Bills.. Btw Moulds is a clear NUMBER TWO in Houston as they have Andre Johnson.. Moulds is a "1B" in Buffalo...

He cant come back to Buffalo. He's lost the fans... If its 100% about the money to him, he'll end up in Houston.

If its about anything else, he'll take less and play with Philly, or maybe even NE.

I hope its HOuston as the 4th rounder would be higher.

The Pats also have extra picks in the 3rd (11th in round, from Baltimore) and 4th (9th in round, from Detriot) rounds.
