I wonder what input Modrak had on JP

If we are parting ways w/ JP it would seem like Modrak didn't think much of JP and that it was all TD.

Or it could be this Marv's team and not Modrak's..
And if Marv is going to put his ass and reputation on the line, he's going to do with the guy that HE wants to lead this team.

he would at least give Modraks choice the benefit of the doubt or why even bother making him in charge of the draft? The least he could do is make him comptete at camp rather than label Modraks choice a bust.

Because in three years if this team sucks are 99% of the people going to say that Modrak dropped the ball, or Levy dropped the ball?

If my name is on the title as GM of this team, Im going to bring in the guys that I WANT to lead this team to a revival..

Maybe it only took 8 games for Levy to see that he didnt like Losman's leadership of this football team.. Not saying thats the case, but if it is, he has every right to do something about it.

That's not putting a vote of confidence in the guy you just gave a lot of responsibility with the draft.

My feeling is, Modrak didn't want JP , TD disagreed.

If you remember back to last year at this time. BB.com had that behind the scenes/ War room deal with how they got losman. I could swear at one point modrak looked at TD and said 'Are you sure about doing this'. Or something to that effect.

I don't think Modrak was high on him.

LOL! of course you'd say that, EVERY bad pick TD made Modrak had nothing to do with right?? NOthing to with Williams.. NOthing with Reed.. Nothign with Wire.. Nada.

Except of course, Terrence McGee, because he's good..

If you watch the video, it wasn't just TD that seemed desperate to trade up for JP Losman. Tom Modrak was a HUGE part of it and so was John Guy. If they give up on JP already, they are admitting they made a HUGE mistake and it definitely doesn't look good.

its the point he CONTINUALLY tries to absolve Modrak for ANY WRONG DOING with past failures..

While I like modrak (in fact i was hoping he'd be named our gm when TD got canned).. Its really REALLY STUPID to sit here thread after thread and praise him when the FACT is he had a LOT to do with the bums we've drafted and signed over the last six years.

and it really doesnt look good for him when two of his 1st round draft picks are considered BUSTS and cut/traded.

Dont do anything like present evidence to counter a "point" that he makes.. He wont own up to anything.. He'll just ignore the thread like he does every one as soon as someone calls him out on one of his ridiculously inaccurate statements.

A few weeks ago I made a REALLY DUMB thread, talking about the New England Patriots line..The thread was called out and I ended up being for the most part, totally wrong. But at least I owned up to it..

I'm starting to believe he honestly doesnt even have a real opinion at all.. He cant even agree with HIMSELF anymore.
