The biggest BS in this whole situation is the fact that it wasn't even called on the ice. There were a couple of similar incidents for the wife's Sharks, when both Cheechoo and Joe Thornton were high sticked. Both lost teeth, there were no penalties called, but none of those jackoffs got suspended. So why did the NHL take such an interest in Danny? :rolleyes: :rolleyes:

Looking at the replay Briere did swing his stick pretty recklessly, and it looked to me like it was more of a swing than should have happened on a simple trip.
