In my opinion are we really giving up that much if we trade Eric Moulds. I think his job for us the past 10 years but really what are we losing, In my opinion he never really was an elite receiver and many WR's taken before and after him have been in that elite status. He was never a red zone threat or a deep threat, he complaigned alot in public and behind closed doors, had off feild issues, and had little class on the feild i.e being accussed of spitting on players a few times, plus he was being paid like a WR who takes over games no matter what QB is throwing to them, yet i can only remember a few times were he looked unstoppable any thoughts...

Frankley i welcome the draft pick assumming the deal gets done, he has made for to much$$ here and whinned about it

In Moulds' defense, he may have been an elite receiver if he didn't have to deal with the Buffalo coaching/QB carousel.

But for the most part, I agree with you. He hasn't put up big numbers in 3-4 seasons, he lost his ability to make the first guy miss (he used to be the master at that), and he's become a pain in the locker room.

I don't have any animosity towards him- he had some great years here and I'll remember him as a good player for us- but his salary, declining skills and mouth simply don't fit this team. Right now the Bills are better off without him, and he's probably better off without them (depending on which team he chooses).

It is a bit of a slap in the face if he goes to Houston for $3 mil a season.

The guy had 81 catches for over 800 yards with a horrible coach w/ a horrible system , OL , and no stability in the qb position. Give him something SLIGHTLY better, I have no doubt in my mind, he's an automatic 1000 yd, reciever.

What we are losing is a self centered player that isn't a #1 WR and hasn't been in 3 years. He is a good #2 Possession WR.

He has been a semi quiet cancer in our org for some time now. His *****ing, whining and locker room poison won't be missed.

I think that is just Moulds being selfish like he was alot of his career, he always thought he needed respect know trade pending he will go to a worse team them us (hopefully) and make less, he just wanted out of here, i agree when he was younger his first 6-7 yrs he played good but never good enough, and was shut down in plenty of games when we needed him the most, plus when he spit on players and he did i lost alot of respect for him

Over hyped, over rated. He will be lucky to catch 60 for 650 in houston. He isn't as good as Bills fans think

Fans WAY over value this guy. this is the #4 option in Kubiak's offense. Running is #1, AJ #2 the TE is #3 and Moulds would be #4.

I've never heard no. 4 option catch for 720. Even No. 3 wr's hardly catch 500. So which is it? Make up your mind.

Here is a cold hard fact. Moulds is inconsistent.

Has he dominated at times? Absolutely.

Has he disappeared in some big games? You bet.

You just don't know what you are going to get from him....from year to year
and from week to week.

Give me a solid, consistent if unspectacular WR who is hungry and doesn't make waves in the locker room.
