RedEyE

What a crock. In Miami and NE weeks 1 and 2 then the Jets come to Buffalo week 3. If we get off to a slow start it's going to be hard to make it up.

I always love hearing about how the fish must not like coming up here in the winter.

OpIv37
04-06-2006, 01:08 PM
Actually, other than having NE after their bye and starting with 2 division games on the road, this isn't so bad. I think last year's was tougher.

we don't exactly deserve it after last season

yeah, but there were rumors that every team was alloted 1 MNF game, whether home or road.

good thing even though this schedule sucks, i can actually make it to five games this year unless i get a new job and new work schedule...

Did anyone notice we have 2 away, 2 home, 2 away, 2 home throughout the meat of the schedule. That is interesting.

3 straight Division games? Big hole to get out of. It hurts us in the division and the confrence. The last 8 games are AFC Games. If we can make a run we are playing teams that will be fighting for a wildcard spot throughout the last 8 games. If we can go 5-3 through that stretch and maybe win 4 on the front side, we might have a shot.

My only fear is starting off 0-2. That could crush the teams confidence. I feel we will see early on how good a coaching staff we have just by how they handle that potential situation. JP better nut up and become a leader.

It;'s 4 of 6, But still those last 7 don't look too tough! Too bad we'll stink.
Plus those 4 are all warm weather teams.

If the Bills can start out 3-0 they would be in great shape. You tools suggesting that it might be a huge whole to climb out of, see the glass half empty.

JP better play good against NE the first game. And not the way he did against them his last game. That's if he is named starter.

For the first time in my life I have ZERO expectations. But a 4-4 first half could put us in shape for a big 6-2 or 7-1 run and a playoff spot.

You're right about those 4 warm weather teams. Combine that with roadies in Houston, NY Jets and Baltimore and a late season run is possible.

There's no doubt that the first half is much tougher.

I thought of that! NE and Miami won't be easy but if we started 3-0 we'd be golden.

I was just thinking the same thing. If we're 3-4 at the break, we still have a shot.

I don't think they've moved Chicago east lately.

I'll have to look and see if they've moved Detroit west.

So the Nall era begins in NE. An instant classic that NFL Films will be sure to have their A Crew covering.

Never thought I'd say this, but tackling dummy has a point. NE started sllllooooowwwww last year. who knows, we come out with a little fire in our belly, with NE/Miami/NYJ not knowing what to expect from the Jauron Juggernaut, and we might actually come out of that three game stint in good shape. weirder things have happened.

Might as well look at the glass half full I guess.

Around here if you go 0-1 they start telling us to tank the season for a better draft choice.

Most ******ed backwards logic ever. If you’re not going to win the SB, might as well go 0-16!
