I don't think that you are considering his comments all the way through. There is more than one way to skin a cat. He doesn't have to sell before he dies as long as ownership is properly transfered to executors or a board of directors who go about selling the team in the name of Ralph's benefactors. I would imagine, considering recent remarks, that Golisano will have something to do with such a process.
