Agreed. Once home ice is locked up (1 point away), my only desire is for Philthy to keep hold of the 5th seed, and keep NJ at bay. I do not want the Devils to be Buffalo's first round opponent.

@%*&! New Jersey continues their ascension in the Eastern standings. My biggest hope right now is for the Rangers to continue their slide, and lose their final 2 games, and see NJ win out the rest of the way. Then, the Rangers would fall to 5th. I'll take my chances with Buffalo playing a Jagr-led Rangers over a Devils team with experience, Martin Brodeur, and a trend of beating Buffalo.
