I would rather have the tackle out of LSU IF still there in the 3rd. I don't know where Mullet Mel has him going though.

Overall that would be a good draft. I am shocked it came from Kiper!

Other than Stovall....I have no problem with these 4 guys.

Drafting Stovall means either Parrish or Aiken is gone.

Considering we're not going to carry 7 WRs on the final roster, at least I'd hope not.

Aikens' STs versatility gives him the nod over Parrish and we'd be forced to release last years 2nd round pick.

Andrew Whitworth? He was gone in the 2nd round to Tampa.

I'm not sure about the Stovall pick, but overall this would be a fantastic draft.

Theres no way they would cut roscoe. Aiken would be the one to go along with smith. I would love that draft. The only way I would love it more is if we got Davis in rd 1

Why did we resign Josh Reed again?

Why is everyone so down on Stovall? I for one think that he's going to be a very good pro and would love to see Buffalo land him in the 3rd round. Stovall is the type of possession WR that every team needs to make plays in the red zone. I don't think that any of the WR's currently on Buffalo's roster fit that mold.

My main problem isn't with him as a player, it's the fact we have like 5000 WRs already on this roster. At most we'd carry on the final roster is 6. So that leaves one of these guys the odd man out.....Aiken, Parrish, Reed, Davis, Price. Problem is whom?

Aiken is a special teams monster.
Parrish has blazing speed and was a round 2 pick last year.
Reed was just resigned and can block.
Davis was just brought in as was Peerless.

So who's gone out of this, if Stovall is indeed drafted.

We aren't going to draft a WR.

Right on. I will be dumbfounded if we draft either a reciever or a QB in any round.

our receivers are very young as a group. its not like we need to start grooming young guys to replace aging veterans. thus I dont see any reason to draft a receiver with a mid-late round pick.

I'd take Stovall. Reed and Aiken have had enough time. May the best player win. I'm sure one of the WR's on the roster will be able to play good special teams. This would be the "smart draft." Vernon Davis, if still around, is tough to pass up though. But we need a good DT really, really bad.

Dont like the Stovall or O'Callaghan picks. We dont need a WR that early rather go DB with Minter, Griffin, or Manning. Much rather pick up a LB like Nicholson then an OT, I think their are better ones in rd 5 and 6.

Exactly, but other than that it looks pretty good though.:smoke: :madcloud: ..

Stovall = Josh Reed=Sam Aiken. Not that that they are identical, but they would be competing for essentially the same role, possession receiver. I would'nt be against the pick of Stovall because I think his height might give him and advantage in the red zone, something Buffalo was woeful at last season even with Reed starting to pick his game up a little.

Peerless Price's signing and contract pretty much freed the Bills from drafting a day 1 WR.

But I do beleive that Everett getting dinged up again greatly increases the Bills going TE- Maybe not Vernon Davis- but someone like Fasano of ND or Klopenstien
