Although I like what Marv is trying to do by going with young hungry players , I am not so sure how good this coaching staff is.
The success of Marv's moves depend on how good these coaches are. Hiring guys like Gibson, Davis, Owens ,Fowler , resigning Reed /Aiken and bringing back Price simply means that Marv hopes that our coaches can bring out the "upside/potential" they once were said to have. What is that our current staff know that other coaches couldn't do with these guys in the past? :idunno:
If Marv didn't play his cards right by hiring rookie coaches at their current position, we may very well end up like our 3-13 year. Scary.
Other than Jauron, Fairchild and April , I am not quite familiar with our coaches.
