They interviewed Ted last night on the news out here--LOL--he seems a bit goofy (and camera shy). He made some really silly joke about being one of the last "survivors" (like the show) and he kept his head down the whole time.

With that being said though, I think he's a great coach and the '9ers would be really lucky to have him. Good luck Ted!!!!!

Cottrell has signed a contract to return as the Jets Defensive Coordinator/Assistant Head Coach if he doesn't get the SF job... You can have more than one Assistant Head Coach, you know :)
